Ho to make buildings not appear in politmap > buildings view?

There are "upgrades" mostly that i tried and they are still appearing even if i remove the group and index stuff.
I doubt it happens any differently with new buildings.

they appear there in order they are written in buildings.in2 so if you want new buildings to appear on politmap, just move them forward(up)
