How to decrease one army's maximum squad size?

I am looking for a method to dercrease one army's maximum squad size. it is 9.
But I think it's very hard to control them.
So I think it's good idea to decrease that size and increase the number of one squad.
Please tell me!!

it's easy, when you're unable to controll 9 squads, have hire less :wink:

soldiers per squad are defined in units.xls and units.tsv
