Okay, so we know that, in quests, one can change the king and the kingdom's name. I'm hoping, though, that there is a way to change the title of the kingdom (county, empire, etc.) and the title of the king (emir, duke, etc.) It's simply stupid to reunite the Almohads only to be known as the Emirate of Almohads.
On a semi-related note, is it possible to change the title of princes? A count shouldn't be outranked by his heir (and for that matter shouldn't be outranked by his knights, but thankfully that's changeable).
