Attacking Fortified Camp

I was trying to attack a camp the other day that was fortified and it seems like I can't target it with archers or siege weapons, etc. How do we take those towers down with ranged units?

I'm not entirely sure you can.

I know there are similar towers when you attack a well defended city. Those can be easily crushed with catapults.

Never tried it with a fortified camp though.

(I dont think i've ever attacked a fortifed camp...i would usually just wait outside their range and attack when the army was marching)

I'd advise not attacking Fortified Camps unless you'r Marshal is skilled in that field.

Having pondered this, I have a partial solution.

Options:
1. Have a Catapult with you. They can in fact attack a fortified tower, these counts for both camps and river crossing.

2. Have your marshal learn the Ballistics skill. The fire arrows from your archers will burn the towers down.

I have not tried Trebuchets yet, but they should work the same as catapults.
