File missing? Error?

I'm having trouble starting up KoH. After the company intros, it will arrive to a file and have an error message like this:

FileOpen failed: movies/cuts/intro.bik

May someone offer me some help? I've been trying to play this game for about 3 days with no luck with a previous one which I returned.

Well, that's one of the clearest errors you can encounter.

I'd advise copying the intro.bik from the install cd's if that is possible or reinstalling the game.
