I'm Just posting here to say hello to all community and congratulation to all the staff under the development of the site and the game.
I can assure viewing all the lores and goodies over the site and the net that Paraworld has all the ace in his hand to become one of the most entertaining and innovative RTS.

Hope it will be so amazing like WH40K:DoW&WA with a great support for online playing like ESO of AoE3 (with Guild/Clan, Ladder , Ranking, Tournaments and so on)..

Now let me dismember the forum and the site while looking for the answers at my questions.. before i'll start stressing the staff :D

Have Phun & Keep the good work.

PS: Does every Tribe have some Named/Hero units aside the Titans one?
PPS: Sorry for poor english it's not my spoken language ^^

Not very good games you mentioned. I hope Paraworld will keep clear of the mass effect.

Some questions about heroes as well - will your army be useless if it is without a hero, like in Warcraft III? Do heroes die properly - forever, not ressurect, like in AoE III . Do skulls influence heroes? Will there be heroes riding dinosaurs?

I'll join for the support, the game seems to have many new and interesting ideas, it's about dinosaurs, and it has a small number of units, and it's German, so I hope we will really get a great strategy this time! :go:

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, so shoot again if my answer didn't meet your demands. There are hero units - but they don't depend on the tribe. You can select any of them no matter what tribe you're going for.

No, not really. Heroes add variety to the gameplay, but you're certainly not required to have one around at any cost. After all, stronger animal units kick ***, too. ;)
Do skulls influence heroes?
They influence them the same way the influence every other unit - they're required to promote them.
Will there be heroes riding dinosaurs?
No real mounts. You can put them onto dino transporter units though. (From which they can fight with the exception of transport ships.)

You do have a lot of patience - answering all those questions like that!

They can fight while being transported? Whoa. Can you put a pack of archers on a dinosaur so they can shoot from there (on that triceratops, for instance)?

Are there going to be heroes native to Paraworld or only from Earth?

So Dustriders will have to fight a lot, if they need skulls to advance through epochs? That will definately make them fast attackers... And will aslo create a lot of fights in one game... I'll go for Norsemen, they are the most defencive and will defend from Dustriders. Looks like every person can choose his style of play. I suppose Dragonclan will be powerful, but expensive and units will be created slowly?

Absolutely! Several advantages: the archers are protected. Their range increases thanks to the height bonus. They may go for individual targets while the transporter - which isn't exactly a weak unit - can attack other units close-combat-style.

Are there going to be heroes native to Paraworld or only from Earth?
Just wait for some of them to be introduced in the future. ;) Some are strangers to the Paraworld, others aren't.

Your assumptions regarding the Dustriders and the Norsemen are quite correct. As for the Dragon Clan - they're technologically more advanced, however, they also have some units they can pump out pretty fast.

They are not really assumptions, just logical thoughts from little bits of information. I suppose this information is free? I can go to another forum and tell them about skulls and everything? Because from what I heard, no one even knows about units becoming better.

If you make a nice demo, I can even consider buying it... Only don't be greedy like the rest of the developers, include at least 2 races in there so people can check the balancing. Just some custom map or two where you get two of the tribes and halved number of units. It is so dangerous to buy games nowadays I skip a lot... Or... Well, you know what I mean... I never said anything.

I don't like fantasy in general. :(
So, for example, WC3 isn't one of my fav...
I prefer a Sci-Fi steampunk atmosphere or some Historical "reality"..
that's why i played Starcraft more than WC3, and now i'm loving WH40k (actually i hate WH fantasy ^^ ), for the innovation regarding graphic engine and playability that has intruced on RTS world...
That's a my opinion.. lol.. not the truth ^^
Of the AoE system i've always enjoyed how the online community can grow up with the EnsembleStudio Online..
But my fav RTS from all the time remain Battle Realms

That's the correct answer anyway, thanks :)
I was intending if some special units are Unique.. wich u can create or summon only 1 at time until it dies.. (in some games.. in other just 1 time for map)..
Those units have some special unique stats/power/abilities and grants some special bonus to some types of troops.
For example in Dawn of War, if you know, the Bloodthirster is the most powerful troop and it's unique.. but that's similiar to the Titan of Paraworld...
Chaplain and Chaoslord are instead Hero troops... wich have different graphic and animation, unique speeches and roles on the story and battlefield.
In WC3 they were the Named Demon Hunter,Dread Lord,Paladin and so on..

Did i explained better this time?:)
It doesn't matter at all 'coz you answer already at this question ^^

Thanks for your patience too :go:
I'm really curious about how the dragon clan will be.. and how Samurai and Ninjas (they'll be , right? ) will interact with this strange world and dinosaurs.. quite weird... and amazing

A stupid question btw... is the Dragon Clan Titan Godzilla???
(after that.. i feel ban incoming  )

I don't like Warcraft III personaly (more Warcraft II), and I don't like Dawn of War because of that mass effect. I liked AoE II for the tactics, AoE III is tacticless. And Starcraft is one of my favorite games. Only if you don't like fantasy - why are you waiting for Paraworld if it's fantasy-like?

Yes, that would be the heroes. (Titans aren't 'unique', theoretically you can have 4 of them at the same time.)

Samurai and Ninjas (they'll be , right?)
I cannot officially confirm or deny the existence of either unit at this point, although there's a screenshot available that answers at least one part of the question already anyway. ;P

I don't think that Paraworld is litterally a "Fantasy Game"....
not in the classic meaning of the term (there are no Dwarf, Elf, Goblins.. and so on for example)..

Well if that's what makes fantasy.. .then paraworld is not a fantasy game, bu who said that fantasy has somethign to do with orcs and stuff? Ok they are fantasy but thats the good thing on fantasy, you can do what you want, that's why it isn't called reality :P
To me PW is definitely more fantasy than science fiction

Actually i don't mind if the genre will suit the fantasy or the sci-fi or post-nuclear or cyberpunk and so on genre..
I'm sorry my english is too poor for explain well what i'm thinking.. :(
what matter is that the concept is fresh , really awesome and never seen before.
Putting Dinosaur/Samurai/Norseman in the same world isn't an easy thing for sure, but i know u will make an outstanding work.
Let's hope that the gameplay will be on the same line :)

Another question:
Online Multiplayer will be via IP connection, too? Or only through "portal" like battle.net/ESO ?
And any special tough for Clan/Guild? (i.e. Banners, Halls, ladder)

Direct connection? Yes, possible. As for other plans, nothing's finalized yet. Of course, we wouldn't mind there being some kind of ladder system. ;)

I support the game..its creative and though my favorites list is composed of this n BFME2 this seems to take a more skirmish then real massive war. i like controling small campaigns over the torrents of hundreds and hundreds of units ...sometimes atleast. Sounds likea great game and has some very creative concepts borrowed from some of the best of em.

Yeah, bunkers and Epochs, for instance!
