Unification quests?

Hi, is there a list somewhere, or some way to find out what countries you need to take with whom in order to unify?

Ireland I know, butr you can also unite England ( normandy is requyired , or birttany )

Most easy is to unite Ireland becuse it is a island... And nobody else can attack you becuse you see if a boat is sailing to attack you
