Sorry you didn't recieve an answer yet, but I'm rather puzzled what to do. You may try to manually uninstall KoH from you harddrive and remove the registry-keys if you know how to do that. Otherwise, I'd suggest to seek support at http://support.sunflowers.de .

Did you try to contact the sunflowers-support I linked you to?
Manually uninstalling a program from the harddisc and the registry may render your operating system broken if not done correctly. So you should try the sunflowers-support first.

Here (http://support.sunflowers.de/?_a=tickets&_m=submit) is a ticket-creation-form to recieve support.
If necessary, change the language in the lower-right corner.
I'm sorry it all takes so long, but the only sollution I know may mess up your computer when not done correctly, so I want to make sure the support-service of sunflowers doesn't know anything smarter.
