How do you start the game ( i know there mite be one of these going but im not going to go looking for files that are so old that the romans posted on them)
what i meen is do you go for a bit of war or go for peace or ally with evryone
i start by bilding a good econamy and army then i let rip

- try to be at peace when you begin for sometime, until you have army

- don't sign alliance pact with more than 1 friend !! Sometimes 2 of your allies are at war against each other, and for you to chose a side is a pain in the ***

Or, pick allies who are friends of your other allies.

Empires are made out of blood and fire! Slaughter them all! For me, a good beggining must be an agressive expansion, followed a peaceful period for establishing a good economy and strenghten your borders.
