View Full Version : Some direction desired!
I have not as yet received my game, but I wanted to go ahead and start getting some advice on a thing or two.
In playing the DEMO I found that when you gain a certain level of experience points you have a couple you have to distribute manually. Which is the best way of distributing these? Strength and Manna or Strength and constitution(life) or some other combination or varying it each time?
More questions will probably follow!
I personally deem it wise not to neglect mystic, otherwise you will have problems in the ruins, with the mystic challenge.
As a rule of thumb, it is best to distribute the EXP rather equally.
Thanks Sentra, I didn't know but what it might be beneficial to go with strength and life early and then mystic and manna after the first several distributions. I thought maybe someone had figured out a method of distribution that took advantage of the qualities in an ordered way as they were needed. (If that makes sense!)

Which attributes you level up the most depends on your playing style. If you like to fight with normal weapons, it's a good idea to upgrade strength. If you find yourself short of heal potions often, you might want to level up hitpoints (that's the third attribute).
It's just something you gotta find out yourself.
In the Demo, I always chose Strength and hitpoints. Thanks!
Mana is not really useful during the first level, as you don't have spells then anyway. But afterwards, it's really cool to produce earthquakes and stuff...

Yes. Unless you plan on going heavy on spells and magic, you should delay mana and probably mystic for a while.

After my final distribution(it came while confronting the stone boss), I had 32 on Strength, 29 on Mana, 32 on Constitution and 29 on Mystic.
