I thought I'd upload the version I found. Contains a readme too.

I downloaded it, but there's no readme file...how do I install this? I unzipped it to my KoH directory, but that didn't work.
There really should be a Readme.txt in the zip file. Check if your download went right... maybe it was corrupted?
You should unzip it to your KoH directory, that's right!

Well, I tried unzipping with WINrar to the KoH directory, that didn't work. When I try to use WinZIP, it tells me it's not a valid file or corrupt. Also, there's no readme file in there...at least, not that I can see with WINrar.
I downloaded it again, with the same result. I just don't know what the problem is.
I just unzipped it into KoH directory (there is new "movies" folder) and it works with no problem
You modders can fix it yourselves if Elvain's zip not working.
1. Download "RADTools", it's free. Set it up on your computer.
2. Unpak the "logos.pak" file. It will unpak to KoH/Movies/Logos. You will see 4 files there: bss.bik, bss-bik, ea.bik, and sf.bik( at least so in USA version)
3. Use something like win paint to make a small .bmp file. Proably putting one pixel in win paint and saving as a "somename.bmp" file is enough.
4. Use RADTools to convert the .bmp file to a .Bik( use the " Bink it! " button) You'll now have a "somename.bik" file also.
5. Remove/rename the 4 files( bss.bik, bss_sm.bik, ea.bik, sf.bik) in the logos directory( i dumped them all into a folder I created there called "OriginalBik")
6.Copy your something into the logos folder and then rename it "bss.bik". Copy and rename your "something.bik" 3 more times into the folder, renaming it after each copy as one of : bss-bik, ea.bik, or sf.bik, so that you now have all 4 files in the logos folder.
7. Now all you need do on load up is LMB click once or twice on the black screen to get to your start menu.
Elvain, I don't mean to hijack your thread. I'm just providing an alternative work around.

 eh? what hijacking and what my thread?
I don't see any single reason why to see anything like this...

I don't know...it's just not working for me. Whenever I unzip it into KoH, it just creates another generic looking program type, it doesn't create a new folder. It's really frustrating, I don't understand what the problem is. I had this same problem with your mod, I finally fixed it by just manually copying each file and pasting it into the KoH directory. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I can do that with this...when I go to open it with WinRAR, it just shows one generic file. I can't get it to open with WinZIP at all. Every time I try to open it with WinZIP, it tells me it's not a valid file and to try downloading it again. Which I've done a half dozen times now.
Is the attachement problem appearing again? I think it had something to do with IE, try a download manager or Firefox.

I downloaded it with Firefox and everything's there, including the readme...
Xuca is right. I have problems downloading attachments from thiese forums too, unless I use my download manager. I suggest you use one of them.
Oh, and tenryu, you probably meant me instead of Elvain, but that's okay, since we're both Squire Modders and, well, both our pictures have males with beards on them
It's a good workaround, but why take a difficult road when you can download it simply?
LOL, yeah I ment your thread Doux. That's what happens if I post before I finish my second cup of coffee.

Strange, I've downloaded the file a half dozen times now, too, with WINRAR and it doesn't work. It just extracts an empty corrupt file, no readme.
I guess I'll have to download Firefox? ....nah, I'll just use control+lmb to skip the screens.

Rename the "corrupted" inner file to a .zip and extract again. That's a problem with the automatical compression of the forum.

That last trick worked for me as well. I was taking some break from the game, now it's time to play. :)
I think it causes music skipping/replaying in battles (this is with patch 1.05). I'll try it without it. If that doesn't work, you can always try webmasters intros skip by pressing ctrl and the left mouse button.
*edit*
No, modding unit sizes causes music skipping, not the no intro patch. Sorry!
