while installing the game I was running another program, the other program crashed and in turn some how messed up the installation. It acted as though the entire game had been installed and brings up the "play" option when I enter the disc instead of the install. When I attempt to uninstall it says:

note: it does say numbers after the pguid... just not sure what they are or if I should want to post them...
After they messege it has an [ok] button. Upon clikcing ok it pops up another window that says:

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following:
-Close any running programs
-Empty you temporary folder
-Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups)

Then try to run the Setup again

Error code: -5001


I have done the steps it says but still does the same thing. I have reset my compter but, still the same results, so please... help
