Games that were not in existence at the beginning of a month(newly created games) do not qualify for that month's competition, so to recognize the new entry we consider it an exhibition game and award ribbons(which do not factor into determining the Champion of the Games! :go:

Well I mainly made the rule to keep folks from starting up new games in the last days of the month to increase their chances of grabbing the laurel wreath!
Maybe we need a change in the rules to allow new games started in the first 5 days to be eligible. :scratch:

I think the rule should be open to more factors.
Let's see how the the 'Guess the city' game develops. If it attracts enough people and grows to be one of the important games in the Colosseum, include it, if it doesn't, award ribbons and see how it develops next month.

I think the rule shuold be that the game runs at least 3 weeks of month (21 days), I think it's fair enough. so 31 minus 21 is 10 for January. We'll see if the game develops or not (I hope it will :angel:)

There is already a rule in place that a game must have at least 15 contributions and at least 5 contributors.
Maybe there should be an amendment to also have at least 21 contributions, or maybe even more.
