The demo will be out much closer to the release. Expect it in or around August.
Though, of course, the official statement is "some day".

Hmmm? Last time I checked it's not common for a demo to be released like 4-5 months ahead of a game's launch. :) The Rise of Legends demo came out last week - the actual game's going to ship next month.

Make sure when you do release the demo that it really reflects the good aspects of Paraworld, because tbh the Rise of Legends demo was pretty bad, really long loading times, sub par graphics, I think Big Huge Games should have waited a bit longer to release a more up to date version of the game.

A year has passed and that crazy time is here again, E3 is around the corner and everybody that is anybody in this industry is scrambling to get things ready for the BIG event of the year.

For those of you who are not familiar with E3, it's a crazy show for the games industry where developers, publishers, retailers etc meet to see what's new and interesting and all the big publishers and developers try to outdo each other in order to stand out among the rest. Think lots of flashing lights, loud noise, booth babes, huge screens everywhere etc.

For us who work with people all over the world it's also a great way to have meetings in one location rather than spend all waking hours on an airplane (which we do often enough anyway!). I will also be meeting members of the press to show off our new flagship Europa Universalis III which I'm really excited about.

E3 will be covered on all the major gaming sites (in some cases even via live feed) so if you are interested in the show, don't forget to check it out online from May 10 - May 12.


i am not sure when E3 is but i am sure most likey will get a bata nere the time of E3 and that is this would also seem like a good geses for the bata


We are back online with our thursday updates. Starting this week with the tribe descriptions. After the crash of our capturing PC we couldn't effort to spent more time on producing the videos due to the beta preparations. We are very sad about this but right now are our hands tight up.
