I'm sorry I'm unable to state evidence, but i sufferd a recent accident which crushed my hands (bruised, not broken, thankfully) which makes typing a painful process. This message, like the others is an exercise in endurance, but hopefully, my hands will heal in the next couple of weeks.

Neither I say that all excavations go against the Bible.
I don't say he's wrong. I just say that I prefere the theory based on several souurces over a theory which is based on just one source.
He said that the excavations correlate to the Bible and quite many of them really do. But not all. Many of the excavations, f.i. in Ninive(Khorsabad) they prove the Bible wrong (taking into account also other middle eastern libraries found under the ground. He said that the Bible is correct about the Assyrians. Middle Eastern libraries, on the other hand, say something completely diferent than the Bible.
PS: I wish you fast and good recovery, PRoC :go:

Thanks guys.
Have a good recovery. I enjoy reading this thread, good work.
I followed the link but I could not find any facts, just pages wanting to sell books. So does anyone have facts against his historical existence?
I've found quite a few facts supporting his existence on Wikipedia.
My personal opinion is... He existed. No proofs, just what I believe.
