I need tips, and help,..

I have the demo, i have to say its awsome i cant wait to buy the real game. Anyhow, I've beeing playing 'quick battle' but I always loose :(, any tips on how to organise your army before the other army atacks you?? Also, does anyone know wich units are weak against other units, and how to have the advantage in tactical formation..etc, and my main knight(the leader of the army) always gets killed even before my whole army gets destroyed :(

where do u put ur leader if at the ront then only have with ur best or if hes on a hores have mounted troops protecting him have the infrantry firsrt then the range untis then mounted/leader
