"Sorry no tournaments"- the developers said everytime people asked for this.

1 touch = 1 dead =>boring

But this thread isn't about usual soldiers but about great tournaments to enhance diplomatic relationships etc.

I'm also a follower of the tournament idea - as long as it serves a purpose ie. diplomacy, happiness of the poeple etc.

You could include a little gamble-minigame. Bet some coins on your best knight and win the pot if he wins ;) .

so i explain it again and i think that people know a little about medieval history will agree with me.

tournements with horse and "stake" where a kind of test for the knights if they are able to handle the weapon and are good at hitting the "enemy". as proof that they succseed, the stake/pike broke. it was not the goal to push down the other knight from his horse or to kill him, as we see it wrongly in many movies about the medieval.
1:1 fights with life or die option where simply duells.

myself just want to see tournements as animation, like the fog out from the chimney of the houses, when you organize a celebration

i know that you wont implement tournements even if all users in the forum would screem for it,... ;)
but i still guess, well i almost bet, that you will add it in a possible addon

Religion (+/-)
King behaviour (+/-)

I wonder what Bards or taverns can do more than just be there :) :cheers: if a bard can have a "concert" and travel around your kingdom on his "concert line" :D

What "Advantages" means? are those Kingdom Advantages? I guess it's not knight's advantages, because there is also Governor as one possibility.

I'm not sure about religion. Can influence positively? Crusader participation maybe?

And also I suggest one more possitive (there is not much of them imo): Royal birth!!!! It was very very important in middle ages. Maybe more important than royal marriage, don't ya think?

its ok, mtw also has no tournements and i didnt miss them, so i think KoH can work good without tournements
