How to sell a ship....?

i put the icon to sell and what now....the ship stands and nothing happend with it? please help if someone know what to do?

If the AI does not want to buy a ship, then it will just sit there. You might can lower the price to entice them to buy, but still if they do not need or want a ship, you will not be able to sell it.

ok, and the position of ship waiting for sale is not matter or I should take it near the dock or other buildings for example?

Where it sits has nothing to do with it, if they want it they will buy it and then move it where they want it. You could possibly load it with tools and other goods, that might cause an AI to make a purchase.
You could also sink all of an AI's ships and then they might buy, especially if it is armed with cannons.
