Questions (max resources, Knight upkeep and flag placement)

First of all I want to thank all of you guys for making modding so much easier for simple players like myself. :hello:

I just have a few questions so I can make the game "perfect"

How do you change max books and max piety I know Elvain has done it in his mod and I was wondering how? :scratch:

Where and How do I change the marshals' upkeep cause I was playing one of the mods (FUNmod or Holy ROman) and after a while my income was negative 21000 just because each marchal had a payroll of 1000 :silly:

I wanted to create a map where each province is for themselves but I have trouble with flag placement coordinates (x and y axis) can someone help :sad:

1. You'll need econst.in2 in \defs\misc\ . Search for [ctrl + F] "resource cap".
2. Search in that same file for "UpkeepMarshal1". For each number of marshalls, there is written the upkeep for all marshalls totally.
3. As far as I know, you'll have to guess. Look at the current map what country your flag will be closest to and search for that countries' coordinates. But I haven't tried anything with nation/flag modding, so I'm not entirely sure. Elvain would be able to help you better.
