which unit next?

if I have an option to chose between feudal knights as they are now and feudal knights looking like mounted templars, I will chose the second.

They're armoured little too much, but I don't mind. I hope that templars will be transfered to mounted units and...

Yes. I must say, I miss some medium armoured cavalry unit in the West (oly light cavalry, light armoured hobilars) and very heavy armoured Feudals. Something between? maybe too late :(

Yes the new units look really good. I am actually torn between wheter Templars and Teutonic Champs should be mounted or infantry....I mean they look so good as infantry and there are some great heavy cavlary units already. :D

I have few question though.

For example Cataphracts are said to be available in South Balkans and Byzantium. What does that means actually?! South Balkans is I presume today Greece, Albania and part of Turkey, but what is Byzantium mean? It was a kingdom that changed borders so often that it is even hard to keep up with the changes along the years. :p
Can someone clarify what Byznatium means?

Also Janissary are said to available in Southeast Europe, what does that mean also? Where is Croatia by that definition? I know that some say Croatia is middle-european country and some say it's on Balkans, thats not actually important, but what is important is what the devs definition of SE Europe is.
I mean they are(Janissaries) purely islamic units that were brought by the Turks in their conquests to the area of Bosnia at the end of the 15th century. If you would be able to recruit Janissary in for example Bosnia that would be a disaster!!! Can someone clarify what "Southeast Europe" means?!

Edit: I just noticed how Vikings as unit with the most voices here are now the last unannouced yet. You naughty dev(il)s. :dwink:

elewyn chill man. im sure your going to be tierd of all the sword fighting. they are the only and the only strong in melee fights
