hello! :)

a question about this screenshot:

http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0099.jpg

we can see that there two watch towers in the river outpost, one in the center of the screen, other on the right side. but i see no one archer or sentinel is on the tower.

now, my question is: can i put some shooters on/in towers, or they are only a "background" function??

thanks for answers! :bday:

i only guess that is what happenes when you decide to fortify ypur camp. frank or frujin descriobed that you can fortyfy your camp, bit takes a bit, so i think the reason why it takes are the wooden watchtwoers, which will be build for the camp

Yes the towers are there on fortifications, river crossing and coastal landings.

x frank fay:

hi! sorry i don't understand your answer...

when i fortified an oupost (like the river post in the screenshot) i can build towers, all right.
but there is someone on this towers or not?
i mean: i build a tower, then:

1) some predefined sentinels are already on the tower.

2) i can decide to send (or not) some archers or other soldiers on tower. :p

3) nobody goes in/on the tower.

4) other solution

:)

sorry mate.

I meant, for example when you say fortify (in WV) then the object will be fortified. When an army attacks then a CV map will be loaded with the towers. The towers are armed with ballistas. You dont need to build towers extra. Fortified means towers and maybe some walls / palisades.

perfect! finally i understand (or i think so :p )

i like this solution, because: 1) i haven't to do anything like send people on tower, ecc...; 2) ballistas are better then bows! :D

obviously if i attack the fortified outpost (exactly like this screenshot http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0098.jpg ) my soldiers can attack (and destroy  ) the towers, with fire arrows for example...

or not?

thanks for every answer! :bday:

WEll i think you can put guys in the place and you have a certain amount of room for them :) and that you --<<<CAN>>>-- shoot out of it.
