My PC and Anno 1701

My PC have this System:

AMD Athlon 3500, ~2,21GHz
1024MB DDR
GeForce 6600GT, 128MB DDR3

So my PC have the minimum requirements for Anno 1701.
With this PC I have played games on maximal graphic configurations, but my PC had not the maximal requirements for these games.
So, I ask you, if I can play Anno 1701 with max. graphic configurations.
