if i were to start a fansite could i use the screens on the site for my site? of course i would move them to my own space and use my own b/w.:)

Can't you just the graphic which comes with the fansite kit - you can find this at the official site :)

on my fan site i didnt put up the screen shots because its pointless for me they take up space and every one has them on their sites.

I wouldn't worry about the screenies until you can create your own. But the site looks great :go:
