Knights of honor error code -5001

I just bought knights of honor but when i tried to install it i keep getting a message saying, close any running programs, empty temporary folders,and check my internet connection.
I do all this but nothing happens, the errors code is -5001, can anyone help?

Unfortunately we here in the forums don't know what the error codes mean and can't assist with those problems. But if you create a help-ticket at http://support.sunflowers.de you can contact the support at Sunflowers who will propably know what to do. If the linked website appears in the wrong language, change it in the lower right corner.
