Hmm... Why did I think then that I played NWN 2 and not NWN1? Strange...

Glory of the Roman Empire (http://www.haemimontgames.com/gotre/) Hmm, seems GotRE actually isn't out yet - I don't see anything about that in the news section there. I see that only a demo was released in June...

The game has been released. It's called "Die Römer" in Germany. Still have to buy it (i've got all the games by Haemimont).

Soon to be released games i am looking forward to:

1. Sins of a solar empire (http://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/)

2. Anno 1701

3. Medieval II

4. Caesar 4

5. Space Empires V (http://www.malfador.com/)

For 1-4 i'll first have to buy a new computer before i can play them...

You are not the only one, gaming technology is moving way too fast for the casual gamer.:bash:

The demo (Ceaser IV) isn't working for me, I keep trying to begin a game and it goes to load and never does it. Anyone else having the same problem?

All the hardware exceedes, but I have the Windows XP x64. But I've never had a game that didn't work on this but worked on the regular versions of XP.

I stumbled over this on the other forum, I guess it's a Win X64 issue.

Info from the README.TXT file:

The Caesar IV Demo is designed to function with Windows(R) 2000/XP-compatible
graphics and sound cards. Drivers for these devices are provided
by Windows(R) itself or the respective card manufacturers and may
occasionally result in compatibility problems beyond our control.

The Caesar IV Demo does not support Windows(R) XP Service Pack 1.
Please update to Service Pack 2 before installing the Caesar IV Demo.
DirectX(R) version 9.0c April Edition and Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 2.0
are also required before beginning to play.

The Caesar IV Demo does not support Windows(R) Media Center Edition,
Windows(R) XP 64-bit Edition or Windows(R) Vista.

The Caesar IV Demo does not support Windows(R) 95, Windows(R) 98, or
Windows(R) Me since the application requires proper installation and
functionality of DirectX(R) 9.0c or higher. Microsoft does not provide
or support DirectX(R) 9.0c for these operating systems.

That would probably be something to ask them at their website/forum.
