1) How can I make a unit to be build only by one kingdom in the high ages (the middle of the three eras)?
2) Can I increase the unit slots of the marshal (curently 9)?

1) you can do that in TrainUnits.xls and then copy and paste it to TrainUnits.tsv

2) according to our modding skills now it is not possible. Maybe you can find the way

I don't understand how to modify the file.
How would I go, for example, to give Epir in high the roman infatry as a kingdom specific and take it away from other provinces which the inf is a province special?
How can I make one unit to be buildable by only one kingdom and not the province?
