SUNFLOWERS wins lawsuit against Data Becker!

Last year, the software developer and publisher SUNFLOWERS from Langen, Germany, opened a lawsuit against Data Becker, another German software publisher with its headquarters in Duesseldorf, who had published the unauthorized add-on "Handelskrieg - die Zeit des Friedens ist vorbei" ("Trade wars: the peaceful times are over") for the SUNFLOWERS chart hit "ANNO 1602".
On December 22nd, 1998 the regional superior court of Saarbruecken has confirmed it's former interim injunction, which forbids Data Becker to produce, to publish and/or to distribute "Handelskrieg". Offences against this court decision will cause Data Becker to be fined. Also in the future SUNFLOWERS will proceed to take legal action agains unauthorised add-ons.
