1. Game Series

This section lists authors who have written about the same series of games, or about games based on one named theme. It uses a really crude method - looking for one or two words in the title of the game. This works quite well for Final Fantasy, since almost all games in the series contain those words. It works less well for (The) Simpsons, because a proportion of games on that theme do not contain the word "Simpsons".

2. In Depth

This section ranks authors who have written specific types of (mostly) in-depth FAQ. Extracted by looking for one or more key words within in the file name. This method is very crude and prone to picking up all sorts of errors. For example a story analysis for a game called Vagrant (hypothetical example) might be called vagrant_story.txt, while a walkthrough for a game called Vagrant Story might be called vagrant_story.txt. See the problem? Likewise, the file naming convention is not entirely consistent, so an item list might be a ..._list.txt or a ..._item.txt; but then a list might also contain a list of monsters.

Rankings are ordered primarily by number of FAQs, which was felt to be a better indicator than total size.
