ok so i asked for you to come because i want to ask you guys if you can make a mod where the unit sizes get an extra zero at the end.(eg.peasants-40 units right well make it 400 and 30-300 ,15-150),ok well you get the picture,so is anyone here skilled enough to do that cuz that way the battles would be much more exiting plus make the attack values much higher as if real life, cuz technically in realife a knight charging at mach 10 with lance cant be blocked by a teutonic knights armor,so like if archer fires arrow it kills any 1/signle unit/person.For it to be really realistic, and for cats and trebs to have more damage so it like kills 10-20 ppl cuz if ur gunna make units soooooo big, might as well upgrade the arillery to like uber blasters.plus if you have msn messenger, then post here saying what it is and ill contact you or you can contact me at :kohdude@hotmail.com.Do you wanna join my KoH clan just post here my clan/ clans arnt really clans yet so i wanna know what kinda clan would you rather join. so can some one tell me howta make a poll thingy ppl can vote on cuz i have so many clans, but none of 'em are official cuz im the only member in all of 'em so just tell me howta make poll i make it and then u guys can decide!.that ends my 2nd post/freakingly boring lecture plus best regards to:elvian and laudan on putting so much effort into making mods that take hours:cheers: anyways cheers

Hello.
Firstly, no, the squad sizes can't be increased by 10, because KoH's battlefields are limited in size. Also there is a specific maximum number of soldiers selectable. Doubling the squad sizes works well, however.
Secondly, please use punctuation. I don't know what your mother language is, but I can assure you that you can use punctuation almost identically in all languages. It may not be perfect, but it'd allow us to read your replies properly. Thanks in advance.

2 things, one my language is english/what you call mother language and two i hate punctuation cuz its just annoying putting it in and last but not least if you can double squad sizes then sure that'll be just as good as adding the zero.now do you like my punctuation/cheers to my new punctuation:cheers:
great hia hatake

I’ve done 200 per squad works fine but sometime it slows down during big battles but I think 400 is to much it may cause your computer to move really slow also it doesn’t look that cool.
punctation is here to enable others to undrrstand you. Language rules are not here to annoy those who write but to allow people to understand each other
ifyouwriteeverythinginonewordorinonesentenceit'sha rdtounderstandwhatyoumeansothendon'texpectanyoneto tryhardtounderstandyou
doubble squad sizes ispossiblebut it slows donw the computer as said above.
But if you add 0 the efect would be that:
1) the game could crash everytime a battle starts
2) if the battle would be launched, the entire field would be filled by units. Could you tell me how you want to use strategy in such battle?
If you want such things, play TW series, there you have epic battles, furthemore they are in 3D what some people find really amazing.
Battles in Knights of Honor are secondary part of game. If battles are the most important thing, play TW

one thing totall war doesnt have such big armies!
and another thing i didnt write my post all in one word punctuation is actually and Italian invetion/(Punictuin) if it deosnt sound like its Italian too bad cuz i didnt invent it and punctuation is mainly for purpose of good looks cuz look ill write somthing no punctuation down here now
tis' was a dark and rainy night as 2 massive armies collided and fought cavalry was usless in the mud and infantry got stuck in mud and the battle was terrible
did you understand that cuz it had absolutley no punct. in it:angry:
I understand more that you think.
I just wanted to show you that some texts may be hard to understand if you do not care those who read it. That's all I want to say
PLAY WITH ME ON KOH, it's your choice to use punctuation or not, but I am far less likely to read through a post without punctuation, as above, and help somebody. It isn't really that much of an effort to write your messages clearly, whereas 'decoding' your message is. So, concluding, if you write nicely punctuated posts (of course it doesn't have to be perfect, only periods are enough already), you'll have higher chances of getting helped / receiving a reply, you'll not be annoying other forum members and you don't risk losing the ability to punctuate for all your life [ ].

If the author of a post doesn't think it's worth to use punctuation then i don't think it's worth spending the time to read the post. After all he didn't care wether I can read his text. Thus the issue couldn't have been very important to him.
You don't care - I don't care. It's a very simple relation.

Only solution I see is to ignore his posts if he insists on continuing without the benefit of punctuation! I know I am not going to waste my time trying to figure out what he means!

one thing, from now on I will use punctuation and 2 is that dobber has posted his "if hes not gunna put punctuation dont bother reading it" here where im actually asking for skilled modders not ppl who talk bout punctuation.I have made here a special message to you dobber
"whats ur problem with being rude!".Technically no one else here has said anything rude but you ever thoguht how hard it is to make friends while being rude. to all the people that encourage me to use punctuation and not to those who tell others not to read my posts:lol: - - hah
Alright, back on the topic, the point has been made.
Could you punctuate your first post so we can read it?

:go:
PS: Dobber was not rude. He is as allowed to react as anyone here are allowed to post without punctation

I responded in kind! The "skilled modders" had asked you to use punctuation and post clearly so they could understand you, you responded to them rather rudely, you will see that, if you look back at your posts!
Sometimes the only way to get the attention of a rude person is to be rude in return. Moderators cannot always worry if someone is going to be their friend, sometimes they have to enforce board rules and try to keep the forum enjoyable for the majority of the members(people do not enjoy trying to figure out where you intended one point to stop and another start).
It does not matter who you have addressed with your post, when you have not adhered to board rules in doing so.
§3: Replies to Threads
(1) Don’t write spontaneous posts without checking them “through the eyes of a stranger” before sending them. Did you make yourself clear? Use the Preview Option to check whether your post will be displayed in a concise form.
Your first post was not clear, punctuation would have helped it display in a concise form.
Exactly!
We ("skilled modders") just pointed out that your (PLAY WITH ME ON KOH) posts are rather unreadable so we won't help you untill you change your style of "asking for help"
We asked for normal ethic behaviour towards each other. Your answer was rude and Dobber tried kindly to enforce normal behaviour. Your reply was again rude against him.
You are new at this forum and everywhere you ask for various things. The worst thing you can do when asking for something is to be rude on someone who is respected among those who could help you!
Unless you apoligize to Dobber (one of the most respected board members who is here since the beggining and was always kind to everybody) don't expect any help from me! I would like to ask the other "skilled modders" to do the same.
This is the best way how to enforce board rules and normal behaviour. It's nothing personal against you.

 spaztic person.anyways im sorry dobber for being rude.plus elvain when you said dont take this personally or sumthing like that its like saying
"no offence",cuz technically when i was in elementry there was this mentally challenged person named Wayne, and whenever he's saying sumthing and then says "no offence" it always intended to be rude, mean and totally unhuman.cuz that guy was a 9 and called a white guy/ one of my friends the "N" word and he got in sooooooo much trouble he got suspended for a week and sued cuz he didnt even know what it meant but still called my friend that. after a teacher had saw him standing right next to my pal saying that she said"come with me young man" and he freaked out and had to be fisically restrained on the ground by some male staff till he stoped calling them "B******". that ends my point of veiw when some one says "no offence" or "dont take this personally"
Apology accepted! I really am, not a mean ogre, most of the time I am quite genial.
Just try to post in a manner others can understand and all will be well!
May your future here be pleasant!

I'm not 9 year old guy, sorry. And I'm not principially against any people, except rude and impolite people.
Some other forum members could tell you (even people I respect, like kevincompton)
What I did wasn't against you but your behaviour :go:
I'm glad it helped you to realize what are the positives of being nice to other people
