crash to windows desktop

Who can help me?

I got a problem with playing the game Anno1602 Gold Edition.
Some times the game crashed to windows desktop and this happens always when I moved my mouse over the screen in the down rights side.
Mostly it happend when i have in the screen the contents of the store displayed.

Do i need a patch for this problem?
My computer works on XP SP2

My English is not to good, i known.

Did you put the hardware acceleration to "0"?

Try to lower the hardware acceleration for your sound and graphic cards. If you do not know how to do that, read this article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/303032/EN-US/) from Microsoft (Methods 4 and 7, but make sure that the sliders are moved to zero, i.e. to the outer left).
