it sure is refreshing to see some English conversation on this forum once in a while!
Years ago when I first played this scenario I'm sure I must have just attacked and taken what I needed but now I like the challenge of finding other ways to complete a scene.
That "legendary fighter", mamayourpeoplearehungry of all people discovered that by buying gold from the freetraders was the peaceful road to success here. You have to do it early on as they don't sell gold for very long. I only bought 4 tons which is plenty since you only have to advance 30 houses to get your 1,200 aristocrats.
It was interesting to see in the replies here to see that other people seemed to be playing slightly different versions of the same scene. I put the scene in the editor and discovered that other than the islands established by the AIs at the beginning, most of the other islands are randomly chosen so every time you start the scene over things change slightly. The northwest cluster of islands always has enough tobacco, alcohol and ore to have 30 fairly happy, (33% taxes) citizens. In every case, in the long string of tiny islands there is one cocoa island and one spice island. If you only run one plantation on each island you'll produce enough cocoa & spice (70/80 tons) to deliver at the end of the game and your 450 citizens advance to 1,200 aristos.
