I rather wield a bow. Not on of those ugly modern things with all the aids but a real "medieval" handbow. The ones requiring real skill. ;)

It allows one to reach out and touch someone. :) Its not a knightly/honorable weapon, but as long as it does its job. i'm not complaining. Winning the fight is what matters!

You can bet on it that i'll be using quite a few bowman in my KoH armies!

Yeah, me too ;)
Especially British longbowmen and eavy crossbowmen.
And I to don't really like those modern ugly bows. The medieval longbows looked much better...
But I prefer a honorable weapon and to be in the middle of the fight, with sword and shield and a heavy armor ;)

A steel sword in one hand and a short-sword in the other hand. And a little crossbow hanged in my belt.
Sword: I like the Katana sword.

Weapon: Any kind of bullpup submachinegun with armor piercing bullets. And some spendable rocket-launchers.

I also like rapiers, longswords and longbows. But my favorite weapon is the lance along with a heavy armored horse. A full plate mail made of steel (no arrows would penetrate my armor) and a shield would be nice too. If i need to fight in the hand-to-hand combat, the katana is my chosen.

I like the German MG42 best. This is one of the fastest machine guns in the world, it is so fast that you can cut trees down just by firing at them!
I don't know the exact number of bullets per second, but this thingie is extremely fast. The negative thing is that it gets too hot really fast.
I also like the good old flintrock rifles of the 17th century, with a bajonett at the top of it. They had a good firepower.
In handguns I like the 45 Magnum best, it has great firepower. I also like the German rifle G36 which is used by the Bundeswehr. They even have a version of the G36 which is allowed to use when you're 14 years old, everyone can buy it if he wants, but it has only single shot (the normal G36 is a machinegun) and fires extremly slow. But it's good, anyway, and even 14 year old lads may use it. Really, my friend just bought one.

no new favorites :) like m4 mp 5 m60 ak 47 or moss berg shot guns or gauge shot guns or whatever they are :D

I like the Desert Eagle handgun, too.
In HalfLife Opposing Force this thing often saved my life :D

Yeah, I like that heavy stuff, too, but i prefer light handguns ;)
But as I said: my absolute favourite is the good old MG42, it is really fast, hits really hard and IS a heavy machinegun ;)
My perfect combat gear would be:
two Desert Eagels on my belt, light Chainmail armor (not heavy, that would make me too slow), a greatsword on my back, a small round shield strapped on the left arm (has to be small so I can hold a gun in this hand.) a great tower shield strapped on my back and a heavy MG42 in my hands. And two Uzis in my belt, they fire fast and are small to hold in 1 hand.
And of course some big gun on my back, too, something like a heavy shotgun or a heavy sniper rifle ;)

i would those stuff with me 2 battle= desert egale an m4 with greanade launcher and optics . a 60cal sniper and an m60 and an excalibur sword a vest and an swat helmet :)

And I would sit in a erman Tiger Panzer, the strongest tank ever. I read that there are rumors that the front armor of any German Tiger Panzer was never penetrated by any projectile fired at the tank. Or I would sit in an Apache Helicopter, they have good firepower and are extremely maneuverable :)

Heavy stuff...? Mk3 Mercava with a 1200cv engine and a 120mm canon. Also the M1A2.
Heavy flying stuff: AH-64 Apache with a load of Helfires forair-to-surface attacks. F-22 with a load of AMRAAM for surprise attacks and a Su-27 (Sujoi) with its russian arsenal (R-27EM, R-27TE, R-73M Long range air-air missiles) for air-to-air combat.
