It's not really the matter of the language itself. It's more cultural.

I know but I think the language is a big part of the culture myself.

I am an electronic Engineering technician/technologist college graduate. I currently stay at home on parental leave, taking care of my fiancee and 8 month old son Jayden Drake. I was working in a boat trailer plant doing electrostatic painting with powder coating. I want to start my own webdesign business soon, I'm self tought in HTML, CGI. Currently self teaching JSP, XHTML and JAVA. Can't afford college again. Would love to get work in electronics manufacturing/assembly. I can program assembly language. get me a job out of this retirement town, pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaase. boring! lol

i am a customer care agent
before that job, i have been working in a network operation center, but it was better to change the division inside this company, than to be out of engagement :(

/me 's still in school - 12th grade.

Thought myself some VCpp, openGL, Basic, TurboPascal and Html. I like setting up neat little 3D-GFX-demos and messing around with artificial intelligence based on neural nets.
I'm currently implementing this error-evaluation-stuff which sort of freaks me ;) .

As for today I'm in the German Air Force. :D
The salary is not too high - however, you get free food, a free room and free medical attention. As I neither do smoke nor do drink, I've got a constant flow of cash which I just spent on a brand-new high end computer I hope KoH will run finely on. :)
I'll change to reserves at the end of the year (hopefully active reserves at the rank of a petty-officer) and get me a civilian job. Right now it looks like CAD or technical drawing for the railroad company. Alternatives would be something with computers or magazines - as long as I get to be creative it will be fine for me. :)

Howdy folks, dug this out of the cellar! Would anyone else like to tell us what they do for a living? Or at what level of education they are working on?
