AOE is classic. So I hope they will make a good game out of AOE 3.

aoe3 has the potential of dominating RTS. All i can hope for is that it delivers all that it promises and more. <however, Ensemble Studios always does a good job.... so>

Thanks Nadine :go:

I read that the game will bo the last installment of the age of empire series :bawling:. But with that said I'm sure it'll be the best. Picking up where AoE2 left off and going to the modern age. I can't wait for it to hit the store.

AoE was always one of my favourite RTS games.
Only KoH is better :p

Actually, I read that AOE III will be the 3rd of 4 installments, with the 4th edition to make the final step to the modern age, obviously coming some years down the road.

AoE 1 & 2 may be real time but it has very little strategy in it.
I'm not convinced AoE 3 will be any different.

They are using the havok engine for physics... This means realistic projectile warfare! woohoo!

It is now officially the Age of Discovery.

hahhahahahahahahhahahaha the requirements to play a game with havok physic engine is 2 big some pcs wont make it and a guess there is alot of you guys useing old pcs hahahahahahaha.

One thing, why I always enjoyed playing AoE I, II was the awesome feeling of proper atmosphere in these games, music, voices, buldings etc. Hope, 3rd part will make the same this way.
