No. It's a very fine WARGAME, as I see. From your reaction I can say you haven't seen any wargames before.

Well, CivilWar BullRun is a 100% pure RTS/Wargame, so no building up economy just doing battle. BullRun was the very first battle of the American Civil War.

CivilWar BullRun is a full-time realistic battle pc game meaning one second battle on screen is one second battle in reality. And it's featuring 1:10 ratio/army scale, meaning 1 soldier on screen is 10 soldiers in reality.

It's just a matter about taste: some like 100% pure RTS/Wargame some not.

Of course. Just wanted to say, wargames are wargames with their poor graphics and shouldn't be compared to games like AoE III. It's just such type of a game, I also like "real" RTS much more. :go:

IMO, a game has to be a game, when it gets too realisitic it becomes redundant :p
How much are they selling it for anyway?

How much are they selling it for anyway?

In the US for 20$, so in Europe.. what? Maybe 30 euros? Or will it also stay at 20 euros? Ask ActiVision, ActiVision is their publisher.

But you should check their website, because things are starting to move up there, check it out: www.madminutegames.com :blob:

BullRun was the very first battle of the American Civil War.

common misconception. The first battle was the siege of Ft Sumter. 1st Bull Run was the first infantry engagement of large scale.

Civil war games have really been lagging behind in computer technology. Rarely do you get to see anything which looks as good as it plays. Last ones that were good efforts were Sid Meier's series.
