The papers say: Eight of the total nine samples from the Greek island Khios - negative.
Also: 4276 samples have been taken in Bulgaria and they're all negative (no virus). Negative results are also coming from Romania and Serbia...

Something I find strange is that no one has mention the catastrophe in Pakistan. Death toll is on the 79,000! now. There hasn't been a big deal about this in any news channel or any call for international help. Why is this?

1. International support is there. Just not from the US.
2. The situation is covered in the news daily. At least here.

Here it isn't. news channels seem more interested in other issues. Anyways Good luck to the people there and hopefully the #'s won't continue to go up.

Oh, Pakistan was covered in the medias here, too. But it was quite awhile ago and H5N1 could be far more deadly - if a pandemia starts experts say it could take ~120 mln. lives. 120 million! That's more than any war humanity has ever seen!

we have had similar problem with gipsies one (two) year ago, Because the goverment cut social payment to them.
They pundered many shops in east- Slovakia and the police acted very hard against them. So the revolts were pressed. And now is quiet - hope nit before storm.
