Intresting, now SF is saying BSS is the one that needs to sign the contract..... I won't get my hopes up just yet, it could just be a move to stop people like us from futher ruining their reputation for their errors and stupidity sinces anno is comming in a couple months
I wouldn't say the game is no longer abandoned. Just the negotiations finaly concluded into a contract that needs to be signed by both sides.
let's start to hope that the patch could come. Let's hope that we were wrong about Sunflowers. Though we should not forget how we were treated before we started to complain in their new products' boards
I am really looking forward to spread good news to peoplein Paradox forums that one company finaly changed it's mind and started to care of their customers's wishes

we also cared before but couldn't tell this directly in order to leave BSS their room to reach the point of a signable contract.
Hmm you are right Elvain, at least we have a official statement instead of silence, so Sf has changed a bit (The power of the customer!) I still do not trust them nonetheless and it will take time and a change on their policy for their support of their games(current and future ones) for me to ever buy another of their products. Maybe this is the begining of that change, maybe it isn't, only time will tell. To me their image is still a terrible one, but more openess and interaction with their customers, us, will make me change that bad opinion about them. Hopefully Sf has understood that without customers they are nothing, and silence isn't a great way to optain or mantain a healthy amount of loyal buyers.

BUT we are a publisher and have also to respect our devteams, or?
I personally would not like to be in Sunflowers position, they are in a catch 22, without customers they cannot sell a product, without developers they cannot have a product to sell. Trying to keep both customers and developers happy would be like a man having two wives who were both nymphomaniacs! Not an easy task!

That, Dobber, was propably the most inventive description of the services of a publisher that anyome ever came up with.

hello all,
I don't post here often...
I am a "silent" fan of KoH, there are many more, I am sure, who are not posting much but are eagerly hoping for a patch to fix a game which is, in my opinion, very nice, but require some "maintenance"!!!
:-)
