maybe i am also not used to write english as good as german ... in german you can end a sentence this way. open questions is it called. it is used to "provoke" answers from others. so they must think about the topic


You can do open ended questions, "or?" is just not what you would say. Instead put "right?" or "correct?". "right?" is more common. It probably has the same effect as the german equivalent.
