Multiplayer in KoH

Well if they play online against one of us, i am sure they will since they had alot of practice and they know all the ins and outs.

So we wont be able to play the Europe Map online? What a pity. Does that means I wont be able to build my empire and then smash my online enemy's like in AoK or other RTS games?

but check all available MP threads...there is plenty of possibilities in MP...

Yeah, I know, they are great and quite innovating but the old empire vs empire is always fun. BTW, will there be a editor and will we be able to play a multiplayer game in our handmade maps?

Wait, I am confused. On the 1st page, after Whisermill asked will there be "Play In Europe" in multiplayer Frujin responed by saying Oh Yes! lol. I just need a straight answer from a MODERATOR, becuase that's the game mode I and most others are looking forward to playing. :)

I'm not a moderator, but for me it doesn't lokk that he said there will be this MP-mode. He only said that they know that everybody would like to play it...;)

So: No Full-Europe-Mode when the game is released...

To be able to play the Europe map in MP is one of the most important aspects in the whole game. You wanna be able to trade, build up empires etc etc when playing with your buddies. Also I hope you can play with the AI in MP mode, coop is always fun when you're only 2 persons playing.

You won't be able to play MP in the Europe map!! But look, it would took very long until you will have conquered whole Europe, even when two player play together!!

WE KNOW THAT!!! :) He was just saying that it would be fun if it was in updates and waht not. And i also agree that having AI in multiplayer mode would be fun. You've always gotta have the co-op between two players :cheers:

The only reason why I was going to get this game was to play against my friends one a full map of europe. Empire vs Empire. I know it would take forever but maybe you could put a buddies list and save option into the game. Buddies list would tell you when people you were having a game with before are online so you could resume your massive game if everyone was on.

Plus you could play against the computers with your friends on this map which would be easily resumeable.

I really hope to see this game type implemented into KoH. Andby the looks of it so do many others. So please take this into consideration.

I would even be willing to have the game delayed for this. Or have it promised that to us at a later date after the game is released.

and i also want like 3 players vs. 3 computers.

Well I just think they did a great job at creating this game, (I know, I know... it's not finished yet) But still I think this is gonna be one of the greatest Strategy games ever. Just the idea alone, nobody has ever really tried creating a perfect strategy game of the Middle Ages, Without fantasy or any other crap... (And don't give me games like Stronghold or something, cause that's nothing compared to this one!) So even if multiplayer is a little bit boring (wich I find not), even then this game diserves his place among the other beautiful strategy games.

Thanks, It looks very nice! But I'll stay ontopic... That Tower conquering mode? If I read it good, it says that anytime you conquer a tower (white flag) you get points on wich you can spend for recrueting more troops wich you can send on to that map? Is that correct?

Why would you want to cut the game short of all t could be with an empire vs empire mode? It would just add more variety to the game and make it that much better. I agree single player will rule I'm not sure the multiplayer will be as good though.

Adding this mode doesnt take anything away from the game. Looking at the forums it would be a good idea to add to the game too.

Yes I must say tower mode does sounds very fun. It's like playing a mini version of alll of Europe. :) And welcome to the forum Sir Morigan :cheers:
