I was wondering has anybody made any advances in modding the core files of knights of honor like making the royal court bigger or adding a new type of knight.
noone did it yet.
Now I'm rather wondering how much will the game become modding friendly after the second patch. Frujin said it is one of things they worked on...

So when will the patch be out have they set a date and what is the patch fixing.
no, but if you red the news about the patch, you'd know that they are in testing phase. So yu can imagine that in ideal case it could be done until christmass.
I would prefere to wait and have the patch as good as possible, rather than rushed but crapy
How do I make the habour to overide the docks?
I know where to change it but I'm scare that I screw my game up.

Hmm, these lists in this thread should be updated someday, I now realise, since 1.05 added a lot of values to be tweaked. ==> Something for the long term :smile:

Good point - luckily, autoconversion can be turned [read: modded] off. This would give Pagans a permanent happiness malus in provinces, though. Something to be changed in KoH2.
Really? That's nice. How could I turn it off?
About the happiness malus, it makes some sense, because it gives a bigger chalenge to play for pagan kingdom. Also maybe its worth to decrease it slightly.
I just have a question. I'd like to lower the number of population in provinces, I'm going to look for it later today, but if anyone knows and could help me I'd be glad

I have a problem, I can not find %unittoderivefromname%.unit !
I'm looking in C:\Program Files\Black Sea Studios\Knights Of Honor\defs\Units\Military but it is not there :sad:
I'm with 1.05 patch.

did you unpacked defs.pak with PakMan?
if yes, it shuold be there

Oh, I didnt test it yet. But I haven't eliminated autoconversion fully, just decreased that "percentage" to take it much longer. I should try maybe.

Yes, you are right. Stupid me - I forgot relationships are measured in hundreds. And when before I set them on "-3", nothing changed. :blush:
