here the statement about the 2nd patch rumors:

Hey guys!

I'm damn sure this will disappoint you: BSS doesn't work on a second patch at the moment and it's not planned to do so - sorry I would have loved to spread some more enjoyable news... :(

Yes, i know and i unterstand. But i hoped for a 2nd patch over 3 months and now... nothing.

It rather looks like a Space strategy game to me (from the screenshot on their website)...could be nice.

I think if they start working on KOH 2.Only thing they need to do is things we wrote on forum and turn same graphic into 3d.It really goes with this king of game.Not improve graphic.Just turn it into 3d.

After I downloaded the patch, I seen to be having 2 problems.

1. The game stops and returns me to my desktop
2. The game makes my computer jam, I have to manually restart my pc.

Now I think that this has to do with the downloading of the lastest patch (version 3?) because prior to downloading this patch, I did ot have these problems.

Can someone tell me what's going on, and how I can uninstall the patch? It's very irritating having to save the game every 5 minutes, just in case my pc jams.....

I just installed the game and applied the patch , however the game version was not updated! So I did uninstalled it to remove what I have done, and installed again.
Now it says the patch is already aplied but its not.
What can I do to play using the patch?

If you have the North American version of the game, it already has the patch included, you don't need to add it seperately.

You did and Notification came in my mail(I am subscribed to the thread) and when I came over it was gone, I think it probably was deleted most likely because of it's content(the mention of a crack).

If you have the North American version of the game, it already has the patch included, you don't need to add it seperately.
OK but instead of version 1.03 I see version 1.02.1489 so there's something wrong!
And how I diferenciate if it is american or anything else?

in the north american version patch is already included.

What is the reason?
The patch was done long before the game was released in NA (actually long before NA release was even planned)

I don't think he has ever stated which version of the game he has! but there is a key to what his problem could be in his original post:

in particular the part I highlighted in red, the game did not ship with a NO CD crack as far as I know! Sounds as though he has a bootleg copy of the game!
