Hey they should force students to play this game in World Geography class. It should help students learn about Europ Geography. J/K:D

It's quite amusing to read what the guys over at the LOTR forum thinks about KOH :D ( i'm NOT about to start a war between the two games ! so anyone who make comments please be objective ) - many compares it to LOTR2 – they have obviously not been to this forum ;)

IMHO, i think that the greatest thing about LOTR3 is that it has 3D landscape ( i'm a ****er for 3D ! - i can't help myself :D ), but what i don't like, is that the castles seems to "float" on surface of the soil - maybe this is because you are able to look at them at a very close range :confused: - i have stated before that i wish it was possible to rotate the viewing angles in close view – so it’s nice that they have this feature.

Then i know that LOTR3 has the vassals a nice thing and it will work great IMHO, but at the same time i also think that the knights in KOH will be much more versatile ( in theory the knights could both be great military commanders and great governors at the same time - provided they have the right skills – unless ofcourse it’s made so you can’t be both at the same time by the devs ! )

But all in all i think that i'm gonna buy LOTR3 also - just so i'll have something to do while i wait for KOH ;)

I must beg you not to buy L3..... it is an abomination to real time stradegy you would be wasting your 16 dollars ( amount I foolishly gave =*() Take my advise ( I didn't listen to others and paid the price) this game was made for a quick buck there will be no more updates or bug fixes ( with alot I might add) I thought well it can't be all that bad and if it is it will just hold me till RTW comes out..... literally one day I beat the whole thing and I wanted puke while playing it.... so now im back to playing STW,MTW,settlers 3,AOE 1&2,L2, myth 1&2, cossacks etc....... im becoming bored out of my mind waiting for these great games to come out and this flop L3 was gonna hold me over? L3 killed Lords of the Realm. I use to play L2 for hours apoun hours....( sounds like I got no life?) well I must get back to animating thx for letting me vent my frustrations........

It has been note. I really liked the previous LotR's though. Too bad they couldn't make something nice out of it.

I can't be certain yet which one will be the more fun, but I bet on KoH(That's why I'm here, afterall). But it always depends of the player type. Some people play and enjoy games like Warcraft, Starcraft that personally, I find overly boring and simplistic. I'm someone having fun with more complex games, turn based or real time.


yeah i can more then agree with you vanedor . koh is well made the designers have put alot of work on this magnifisnt game (wich we all forum members thank them alot for :) )koh will beat lords of realm *** 100 times before they even know whats going on)
