How did you do in the marathon?
I did not reach my personal goal - to beat the 4 hours. I got cramps in both calfs from km 32 (20 miles), and I had to walk again and again, but I was nevertheless happy to finish in 4 hours and 8 minutes. That's two minutes better than last year, but 8 minutes worse than 6 months ago - maybe also due to a (very slight) cold.

I think the case is not closed yet. In less than 12 months, there will be the next chance... :smile: However, the finish in the Frankfurt Festhalle was marvellous: Red carpet, lots of fans... simply great. I think marathon is like a drug - but you get the kick after you had the pain. :lol:

Today is the first day without aching muscles, and I think I will have a calm weekend. Maybe I'll run slowly for 20-30 minutes, but not more.

This weekend is relaxation weekend! It is raining here so maybe I also get relief from allergies!

Tonight, play some KoH and maybe some War of the rings or Conquest: frontier war...then a quiet evening.
Saturday we will have guest in the evening.
Sunday, continue to install our new home and in the evening, go and see a movie

I hopefully will be playing 1602 multiplay all day saturday with a few of my friends. My wife leaves for a cruise with her friend at 5:00am saturday morning! I have the weekend to myself.
