Somebody here demanded Wallace or Tell... so, guys, let's find some more "characters" and "heroes" for our devs. I'm sure that everybody knows at least one important person from his country...

Some for Mongols: Batu, maybe some more tomorrow...

kings of Jerusalem: Balduin de Bouillon, Guy de Lusignan (famous looser of Hattin battle 1187)

and famous bohemian noblemen who influenced fates of my caountry in times of anarchy and destability (in 1278-1283 Zavis z Falkenstejna=Zavis of Falkenstein) and Jindrich z Lipe (Henry of Lipa, leader of bohemian noble oposition against king John of Luxembourg1310-1346) and Petr z Rozmberka (Peter of Rosenberg)

one important nobleman for Moravia: bishop of Olomouc: Bruno ze Schauenburka (Bruno von Schauenburg, 13th cent)

For Hungary also some noble powerful "rebel" Mathias Csak of Trencin (end of 13 and 14cent), big "magnat" in western Slovakia (Felvidék, Upper Hungary)

After Sigismund start the fight between few families including the Habsbugrs, Anjou(Angevin) and Jagiello which of course ends with the victory of Habsburg family.

In 1345 King of Hungary and Croatia instituted the Ban or Viceroy who governed the land in King's name.

Don't forget Spain most famous knigth:

Ruy Díaz de Vivar, or Rodrigo instead of Ruy.
(that is Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar), Ruy became Rodrigo.
(Actually the poem, written in old spanish, says Roy, that is translated as Ruy, but he is more known as Rodrigo).

The title, well hehe, a special one for him: Mio Cid or Cid Campeador.
;) But a simple "don" would suit I think!
That would don Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar

He was at the orders of Alfonso VI and then King Sancho.

And then you have Don Pelayo, Spain's National Hero. He was the one that started with the "Reconquista".
But he lived in the VIII century.
