Hmm, that sounds "interesting". I've never heard about the crusades against Lithuania. Maybe was local "crusade" made by one of polish duke or ruler of small lands, but I haven't heard about a big strike.
I know that we have a lot of battles in the time fo World War's between our countries, but before
And also I haven't heard about the Lithuanian rush into polish lands - hmmmm

YES[B], a very interisting battle i read about was where the invading Teutons, on a land grab mission... Faced a Polish army and a Russian army. The Poles had peasants, and light cavalry.
Teutons were very heavily armoured knightly troops

The Poles repeatedly charged, and were repeatedly broken and forced into retreat. The teutons held ground..But the Polish commander was a very peristand and well verced man, and kept inspiring his men into futile repeated attacks. By the time the Russian allies arrived, they Teutons were dead exhausted, by the repeated battering, and the Russian "light" lancers (Probably Lithuanians) sweapt the tired teutons off the field...

NOTE: I use "Russian" , but "Russia" did not exist, the Allies might have been Lithuanian, or other near by tribes.

yeah what about the battles of Manzikert and Agincourt?

-----------------

Those are the hardest and most debated battles....Almost impossible to realy create in game...

The Manzikert..If as I think ure refering to Roumanian(Byzantine) vs Turkish army.
Then ure facing the fact thatthe Roumanian Army was alost entirely hoplites(infantry, dont know the greek name). And Turks were Horse archers withs swards/lances.
Its Carrhae all over again, Byzantines couldnt catch the horse men, and when counter attacked the 3 commanders fled. 2 Of who started the newest civil war for the Empire. Not a battle at all.

IN Ajincourt, ure looking at some modern recearch to back up the fact that THE LONGBOWMEN'S ARROWS COULD NOT pierce the French armour, at all... What realy happened was the French cor Cloged up and could swing their ridiculously long swards. Yes, Adrionople all over again...Never did learn...
