it turned out that saving his daughter WAS the second test. Everyone was happy now, or at least they were until they found out from the witch that the evil mage can only be killed by the singing sword, which they misplaced. However, how hard could it be to find a sword that can be heard from miles away? Quite hard, actually...

because the singing sword had a sore throat after all that singing. So the Knight, now with the mini-viking as a companion, rode to the nearest tavern to uncover clues on where the mute sword was to be found. When they got to a nice tavern called "The Tavern at the Inn" or something like that they meet a friendly....

they had meet a strange peasant who told them about a strange sound. Which came out of a large dark cave where some bandits where living. So they took his word and went to the cave to see if the singing sword was there
