At the entrance to the cave, a bandit stopped them and said: "Halt! What's the password?" And the mini-viking cut off his head! Unfortunately, the entrance to the cave was enchanted and only the guard could open it, but now he's dead. It all seemed doomed...
when the same peasent which they met at the tavern told them about a staff guarded by a magican in a high tower, which can bring back the dead. So the knight and the mini-viking travelled long and wide to a high mountain were this magican resides and when they reached his ivory tower, they knocked the door and....
the magician asked: "Who is it?" Mini-viking replied: "It's your grandson, open up, grandpa!" "I don't have any grandsons, go away!" The knight said: "Honourable magician, we are on a quest and need your asistance. We need your staff to bring someone back from the dead. Will you help us?" "Hmm... ok, I'll help you if you give me 10 000 gold pieces!" But the mini-viking got angry again...
barged into the tower (which was unlocked for some reason) and killed the magican. The knight shoked his head. "How are we able to raise that bandit again now that the magican is dead?". The mini-viking shruged and gave the staff and a book with the title "How to raise the dead" to the knight then walked out. They rode back to the cave and the bandits corpse (which was still laying in the same spot). The knight waved the staff and spoke the words according to the book. After some dramatic sound and light effects, the bandit rose up and stared at the knight and mini-viking. The bandit opened his mouth and said: "Halt! What's the password?" And the mini-viking cut off his head! The knight was stunned and.....
...said: "Why do you have to kill everyone who speaks to you?" and the mini-viking replyed: "I have been cursed by the same mage who kidnapped my daughter, I'm really a pacifist." The knight didn't believe him much, but he revived the guard again. He didn't seem to realise that he's been killed twice, and asked "Halt! What's the password?"...
but this time he wasn't instantly killed by the mini-viking becasuse the viking was busy eating some raw meat from a stick. The knight took the oportunity to convince the guard that he should let them in. But the bandit wasn't easily convinced and said that the only way he would let them into the cave was to bring his....

...memory potion back to him, as it seemed that the bandit himself had forgotten what the password is and therefore he had to ask every stranger about it. This memory potion of his, however, was lost, while he was visiting the pubs (and some other not-so-honourable places) in the nearby village of Little Bighill, where...
every other place is a pub. So, the mini-viking and the knight went again on another detour, to find his memory potion. However, the mini-viking thought of that they could just buy the potion from a merchant, and then get their money from the bandit's corpse after he opens the cave. The knight didn't agree with killing again, but did with buying the potion. They...
heard from a peasant that a merchant which speciallised in memory potions kept a big store in Little Bighill. The knight and the mini-viking approched the market stand were the merchant sold his wares. But the merchant wasn't there. The knight explored the area and found a bloodtrace which traced into a big warehouse down the street. The compainions went into the warehouse and in there they saw....
somebody killing someone, but the mini-viking said to the knight: "Hey, I stole some potion from the stand, let's go" and dragged the knight out. When they arrived back to the bandit, mini-viking cut his head off again, just for fun as he said, so they had to revive him again...
and after that they gave the memory potion to the bandit, which in turn gave them the password and let them pass into the cave. In there they....

was a powerfull looking staff, but they couldn't figure out what it does. The staff made them forget all about their mission, and...

was dead again, since the staff raised dead only temporarily. But now since they forgot about the staff it all looked hopeless...
