I've got a brand new computer since this weekend! I am ready to play KoH again with a new patch...so, like the other guy says, bring them on!
The biggest proplem of the new patch is, that Frujin cannot say if the AI now perfect, because all is randolmy. I hope only that the mayor props fixed and we modders can change more that before.
Elvain write before what we want see in the new patch. BadBoy factor is important. Testing alone cannot say how is the game yet.
After 40 hours, you can say : o look good, but in the next test say you sometimes o what a terrible patch. Random....
I say now...release the patch, if all mayor props fixed.

Great news to hear about the upcoming patch. I have two questions:
1. It appears that testing is proceeding. Will any of the forum members be part of the testing? I would think that folks like Angryminer, Elvain and Laudan and their input would be invaluable!
2. When the patch is released will there be a “guide” included that defines the file variables for folks that like to mod or tweak the game. Up to now it seemed that relationships between variable changes and game impact had to be discovered by trial and error. Then as “discoveries” were made they were catalogued here for use by other players. I would think that if the developers would provide such a tool it would be a great asset to serious modders and casual gamers who want to simply tweak their own game.
Just a couple of observations by a KoH fan.

It's somehow strangely nice to see it end up like this.
It's been a long story.

Thank you for the patch. I look forward to playing KoH again. As evidenced by my earlier post today I was not expecting the patch for a while but this is a pleasant surprise.

Thats great Patch on Friday (Well Saturday in OZ, because of the timezones ;) )
That means I can give Medieval 2 a rest for awhile and play KOH again Yeehaa. With KOH, TW-M2 and Europa Universalis III on the PC won't give me much time for anything else damn. ;)
Thanks in advance for the patch
