CHANGE: ‘Night march’ morale penalty for armies is removed.

Why was this taken out?...seemed like a cool feature and added something to think about. Can we tweak it back in?

Hi, not sure if this is the appropriate thread for this, but I feel that a "thank you" is in order.

I've been tracking the progress of the patch for a while now and was doubtful that it would ever come out.
It was a pleasant surprise.
