its really sad,... once itwas so that the english forum was really nice and theg ermany forum was awfull because it fwas full with flamers. now its has turned. the gnlish forum gets full of crap postings and senseless discussions and the german forum its really nice and polite now.

really rally sad. so i am glad that there are guys like elewyn, angryminer, and kuno of gersenau, who are are able to talk about intersting things and keep discussions clean.
other poeple (i dont mean all!) can go on doing silly word games (sorry, i think most of them are silly) or tall about crap or just get angry to each other,... i really dont care anymore about this kindrgarden behavior. please make up you minds and get back to good discussions and postings, ok?!

I thought a bit and had an idea, why don't we reduce the number of Spam-games?
the Mods could make a poll with all the games and the x games who have the least votes get closed. I must really agree with bora and I think less would be more in this case...

But it's only an idea...maybe some people will hate me for it, but I don't care...

well, the games come in 2nd line for me. its just my own opinion that most of the are silly.
i just wanted the poeple stop to argue like fools and talk bad about other poele, nations and countries. i dont expect that most people heret ake part of a good and interesting discussion, but ithey can ttalk to each other like civilised people, they also should stop to post crap.

problem with that is.... you have too many opinionated people in the forum. One person posts something, somebody elses flames them about it... then a bunch of bandwagoners jump on board at start flaming the other person. Then the original person responds to the "insults." The flamers keep going... there can be no civilized discussion about non-game topics in here... alas, the "mature discussion" level has really sunk since Elewyn stopped posting... Perhaps it is the naivity of youth, or just plain wanton lack of respect of other people and their opinions.

those "game threads." you see them all over the place... just keep them to like 2-3. any more are just a nuicance. :cheers:

By now I lost interest in all those word-games, but hey - they don't bother me!
From a distant point of view the political argues are nice to watch, too ;) .

yes, it works wonderfully. I, myself have ignored every single one of them. (then again, I am used to trying to sort through more than just 6-8 meaningless game threads. If you ever want a challenge, try to find something on The Catacombs Gaming Forum. (http://www.thecatacombs.net/forums/) it is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!)
